During winter months, elk congregate by the hundreds for hay drops. Also check out the Bighorn Sheep Feeding Station at the base of Cleman Mountain. The much-loved Naches Sportsman’s Days is one of the valley’s longestrunning community day events. Join them for a weekend full of live music, food, games and family fun. The Thompson’s Farm Pumpkin Patch has been a valley tradition for years, complete with hay rides, a corn maze, pumpkin cannons and cider doughnuts. Also, check with the Thompson’s Farm Market for the scoop about their seasonal u-pick, from cherries to apples. Naches is the final destination of the Yakima Greenway. This beautiful section of the 20-mile, paved trail winds along the Naches River and orchards as it reaches the town. It’s always busy for a reason at the classic Laredo Drive In. As you’d expect from the nostalgic sign above, it’s a destination for classic American burgers, shakes and fries, the popular BBQ sandwich and more. Local LOVES
