Oregon Business Q4 2025

100 BEST NONPROFITS TO WORK FOR IN OREGON 39 The 2025 100 Best Nonprofits to Work For in Oregon demonstrated a commitment to best-in-class workplace practices. The list is based on surveys sent to employees of the participating nonprofits, who provided feedback on several aspects of workplace quality. Scores are out of a total of 700. Employees rate their satisfaction with five features of the workplace: work environment; management and communications; mission and goals; career development and learning; and benefits and compensation. Participating nonprofits are also independently scored on their employee benefits; you can find more information about our methodology on OregonBusiness.com. Some of the organizations on this list are repeat honorees; others are appearing on the list for the first time. This year Oregon nonprofits face a challenging funding landscape and an uncertain economic outlook, underscoring both the difficulty and the importance of recruiting and retaining great staff. The organizations listed on the following pages have demonstrated a commitment to keeping staff morale high no matter what, and making sure staff are well cared for as they care for their communities. Congratulations to all the nonprofits that made it onto the list this year. — The OB Team WAY TO GO, WINNERS! 2025 ADOBE STOCK
