Daisy Barringer is a journalist covering food, travel, and culture. One day, I'll Frankenstein together a mega-cake to clear out my freezer, it'll be a mishmash of flavors and textures, but I refuse to throw any away! Francesca is a maker of cakes and other sweet things, operating under the name @fearthefeast. They work in food and beverage public relations, drawing upon past experiences in food waste recovery, cookbook publishing, food systems education, and content creation.
